I think your listeners tip was very good this week! I also think that the interview was excellant too and almost up to the standard of the tip!
Seriously the interview was very interesting and is the type of thing that the company I work for strives to try and improve all the time. Jims take on this was very interesting and makes good sense. We all tend to get lost in what we think is important to our customers, and in many cases we forget to ask them if that is really the case.
